How to Return Items

- Get Authorization: Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping label.
- Package Item: Pack item securely in original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Back: Ship using provided label or approved carrier method.

Refund Processing
Refund Timeline
- Refund processing begins once we receive and inspect your return
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days after processing
- Check refunds: 7-10 business days after processing

Special Circumstances
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty Returns
Items covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise specified in your warranty terms.
